was published in 2003  and after searching the internet I have confirmed it is currently out of print.
From the booklet: "Several motifs were chosen for their symbolism. Our bird's basket is filled with blossoms...The red tulips are a symbol of love, sweet memories and charity."

I have not found this booklet for sale.
The BONUS FABRIC is 28 count Linen, the color described as "Tea" or  "Sandstone." (As is often true the color in the photo isn't exact. The tag equates it to DMV 739.)
