Sunfish Sailboat Mahogany Rudder Tiller Assembly. Condition is "New".
The rudder blade is mahogany and includes a 4” metal dowel to help prevent cracking ( the previous blades included a 2”wooden dowel)
The rudder cheek assembly is a polymer material and will not pit and corrode like the original metal ones .The springs , spring post and all the hardware is new
The tiller is nade of ash and has black anodized straps and a tiller extention for those extra windy days
All the hardware fasteners are top grade stainless steel and the cheek assembly is backed by two Teflon washers for ease of movement and to help prevent wear
The assembly comes complete with a rudder tiller connector bolt and Teflon washers
