Silver & Black Bracelet And Earrings Set Artisan

This is a beautiful set containing bracelet and earrings. Statement pieces, large in diameter and possibly handmade. It looks like weld marks on the back connecting the bracelet rounds.
Not sure of the metal or the black centerpieces. It is lightweight. I have tested for silver, but it does not test as sterling. There are no markings. It is similar to the Lagos Maya type of jewelry from the research I’ve done, but I don’t know where it was made.
It is lightweight so I’m doubting these are stones but maybe enamel?
