The parts you see in the picture are what's included in this kit.
This kit is for 1994 & later 4x4 Dodge 5.9 Cummins Turbo diesel trucks using the NV4500 5 speed transmission with the aluminum top cover.
Some of the common casting numbers found on this transmission are C-18157 or C-23167.
One of the big problems with the Dodge diesel NV4500 is the 5th gear lock nut coming loose & causing loss of or damage to 5th gear. The mainshaft & lock nut in this kit are the updated style to prevent this problem from happening.

The NV4500 uses a 3 piece 1st & 2nd gear synchro assembly. Only the middle fiber lined cone for 1st & 2nd gear are in the kit because they are the only pieces that usually wear.
