    This filter adapter is in EX- condition with some signs of noticeable wear. On many of these holders the internal foam is cracking but that is not the case with this copy.
    This holder is for the gel type filter and NOT FOR A 39mm SCREW IN FILTER. This goes into a Nikon telephoto lens that uses a rear 39mm filter.
    This goes into a Nikon telephoto lens that uses a rear 39mm filter. I don't have a definitive list but many Ai and Ai-S lenses and some AF lenses in the 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm and 800mm range use this adapter. I have attached a photo of a lens with this adapter for reference.
