Cover is made using 10 mesh plastic canvas, #3 pearl cotton and metallic yarn or worsted weight yarn.  You will also need an oval cabochon, navettes and craft glue or a glue gun.  Finished cover is sized to fit over a boutique style tissue box.  Skill level is average.
Shipping for pattern(s) will be .95 cents sent folded in half or .65 sent unfolded, your choice.  The USPS bases first class shipping rate on both weight and size of mailing envelope which is why there is a price difference.
