Hazel Atlas Moderntone Glass Cobalt Blue Bowl with 11 hole glass flower frog

This is a sweet little bowl made by Hazel Atlas Glass in the ModernTone pattern.  I love to find beautiful vintage glass pieces that fit flower frogs.  Makes these older pieces very functional and not just pretty.   Beautiful gently used condition.  Clean with no chips or roughness on either piece.
The bowl is 3 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches wide at the top.   There are rows of gentle ridges around the bowl and a graceful pedestal foot. It is topped with a slightly domed 11 hole clear glass flower frog.   I have been collecting frogs, bowls and vases for years and need to thin out my collection.  This pretty one is really hard to part with.   Not only are these vintage pieces perfect for flowers from your garden they make beautiful displays for your favorite colorful glass marbles.  Lately I've seen quilters using them for their treasured pretty sewing scissors.  The possibilities are endless.
