The autograph is on the back of an Ilion Bank check issued to Remington. One end of the check is worn away but the part with the autograph remains clean and firm with just a touch of age toning. We have another without any toning whatsoever for 0 (please email). Also a mint beautiful check issued to Town of Ilion with Geo Washington vignette, signed by Philo Remington.
The other item is a interest coupon
payable in Gold
with serial number 00000! It is from a 1922 Specimen Bond of which no others of the same type are known (interest date may be later than 1922, up to 1930). the back of the coupon has an ornate orange guilloche.
